Remember to bring your own mat and towel for your practice, and staying hydrated is highly recommended!

Helpful Hint: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your initial class to familiarize yourself with our space.

YES! Between yoga exercise and meditation, yoga can help you discover the root cause of your discomfort or body challenges. It’s common for students to learn yoga for back pain, hip pain, shoulder and neck tension… and leave feeling better. We’ll work with you to make sure you feel that way too.

Choose attire that you feel comfortable sweating in, and does not restrict movement.

Yes, our classes are suited for beginners. Our postures are safe for new students and there is plenty of time to build a solid foundation.

Our approach is inclusive and individualized to support students of all ages, sizes, genders, and physical conditions. We emphasize self-acceptance and teach our students how to modify the practice so they can work around limitations and meet their own needs. Everyone is encouraged to start where they are and work at their own pace.

Each of our hot yoga sessions delivers a superb cardiovascular exercise and contributes to fat burning. By integrating a minimum of three hot yoga sessions weekly alongside nutritious dietary selections, you’ll experience stabilized weight. Hot yoga also enhances the functionality of your digestive, endocrine, lymphatic, and respiratory systems, fostering heightened body awareness. Collectively, these advantages cultivate a desire for healthier food choices and portion control.
